CURRENT PROJECT
Designing Residence and Stable for an 8 Acre Tract in Beauclaire Estates of Mount Dora. This Italian Style Home will be a 2 Story residence with a second floor Screen Porch to capture views of the Lake and Landscape. The architecture of the stable will compliment the home. There will be 5 acres of grassy paddocks, a full size Dressage Arena, 20 x 60 meters, 20 meter round pen, it will also have a lap pool, tennis court, and many gardens, from roses, herbs, and colorful flowers.
